The Dustmen are a faction in the city of Sigil. They wander a run-down section of the city known as the Hive and collect dead bodies that they find. These bodies are brought back to the Mortuary, their home, where the bodies are stored, cremated, or turned into zombie servants.
Strix has mentioned many times that she was a member of the Dustmen before she met the Waffle Crew.
